Yume’s wine list is combination of traditional and modern Japanese culture. As the kitchen of Yume combines the modern with traditional, the wine list is based on the same philosophy.Today’s Japan is developed very fast in different matters, also in wines and culture. Traditionally Japanese food mach very well with Sake, Champagne and with the aromatic grape varieties and especially these white, aromatic grape varieties are very near our wine masters heart.
