The welcoming 100 m2 private gym is suitable for aerobic exercise as well as for muscle strength workouts and weight training. The gym has Cybex equipment such as cross trainers, exercise bikes, running mats and a rowing machine. All the services of our personal trainers are also available on order.

Three different types of saunas

You can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the harmonious sauna department after your exercise and before the spa treatments. There are three different saunas to choose from: an intimate eucalyptus fragranced grotto steam sauna, a Turkish hammam and a traditional Finnish sauna. The sauna department’s softly heated divans complete the unforgettable Day Spa experience.
