Kämp Group is participating to Earth Hour, a global event organized by WWF on 23rd of March

EARTH HOUR – 23rd of March 2013

At 8.30 PM on Saturday, lights will be switched off around the globe for Earth Hour, a global event organized by WWF World Wide Fund for Nature, asking households and businesses to turn off their non-essential lights and other electrical appliances for one hour to raise awareness towards the need to take action on climate change.

Hotel Kämp

-Hotel Kämp sign and lights outside will be turned off.
-Kämp Banquet’s hallway lights will be shut down.
-In Brasserie Kämp and YUME all the unnecessary lights will be turned off and rest of the lights in dining room will be dimmed down leaving only candles to light the dining room. 
-Kämp Bar will not use blenders to prepare cocktails during the Earth Hour and all the unnecessary lights will be turned off and rest of the lights in the bar area will be dimmed down leaving only candles to light the bar. In Brasserie Kämp and YUME's kitchens one oven will be shut down for an hour and
-All the lights from the cold rooms will be shut down.

GLO Hotel Sello

There will be placed information about the event  in the lobby and elevators, as well as tips on how they can actually be involved in
The outdoor advertising lights will be off for one hour
There will be night lighting
The reception will close all unnecessary equipment’s and lights on front and behind the desk

GLO Hotel Airport

The reception light will be turned off and desk will be illuminated by lanterns
The lobby bar's TVs, the hotel's business corner, and extra computers will be turned off for Earth Hour Front office lights will be turned off


GLO Hotel Kluuvi
Outdoor lights will be turned off for one hour
Reception will close all unnecessary equipment’s and lights on front and behind the desk
There will be placed information about the event in the lobby and elevators, as well as tips on how they can actually be involved in
